Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant
- exceptional customer service skills
- knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine and drink service
- full-time availability including weekends and evenings
- valid work authorization for the U.S.
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- punctual and reliable
- maintain personal hygiene
- understand and meet restaurant standards for health, safety, and excellence
- remain alert and focused in a noisy and fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine and drink service
- exceptional customer service skills
- experience creating innovative cocktail recipes
- minimum two years experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant
- ability to work effectively with kitchen staff
- excellent time management skills
Job Duties
- Set up the bar and perform opening and closing duties
- provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers
- contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor
- curate seasonal cocktails and remain up-to-date on industry trends
- mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and restaurant
- assist guest with choosing menu items, take orders, and ensure guests feel taken care of during their visit
- keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display
- adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items
- develop new cocktail recipes
- other duties as assigned
