Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty pounds
- Work requires bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- Exposure to temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezers), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or related preferred
- High volume craft bartending experience
- Current TABC and food handler’s certification
- Extensive knowledge of spirits with emphasis on tequila and mezcal
- Excellent mixology skillset
- Ability to utilize jiggers for measured pours and follow precise cocktail recipes
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
- Works well within a team environment
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
- Motivated to grow and learn new innovative food and beverage techniques and recipes
- Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for team members and guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner
- Possess and utilize knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with company and local health department guidelines
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and account for discrepancies
- Develop an efficient work pace to satisfy guests at the bar and dining room
- Work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience
