Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to recipes
- issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tools
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- transport supplies to bar set-up area
- wash soiled glassware
- remove soiled wares and place in designated area
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- process all payment methods
- count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- resolve discrepancies and secure bank
- secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
- complete closing duties
- follow company safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe work conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain clean and professional uniform
- ensure confidentiality of proprietary information
- welcome and acknowledge all guests
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- communicate professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- read and verify information
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- lift objects up to 50 pounds
- move through narrow or uneven spaces
