Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months experience bartending in a high volume front bar, service bar, and/or fine dining environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Extensive cocktail recipe knowledge
- Extensive wine and craft beer knowledge
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to obtain or maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Recognize and correctly make a variety of beverages adhering to recipes and measured portions
- Use proper glassware, garnish, and provide wine service
- Operate and clean beverage equipment including frozen beverage machines and dishwashers
- Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and daily specials
- Comply with and enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized bar at all times
- Perform side work, cleaning, and stocking duties efficiently
- Build and create craft cocktails with showmanship
- Provide excellent communication and customer service
- Handle cash settlement of bar checks following cash handling policies
- Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor or manager
