Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Alcohol Awareness certification
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- ServSafe Alcohol Awareness certification required

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- Prepare beverages for other servers and act as cashier for the lounge
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- Cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and perishables daily to ensure quality
- Greet guests, promote and document drink orders, mix and present drinks using standard recipes with craft cocktail knowledge
- Abide by all state, federal and corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- Input orders into register and create checks for all guests to maintain accountability
- Handle cash transactions, verify charges, record payments, and manage vouchers to balance money
- Lock up and store beverage, food and equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Take and serve guest orders promptly according to service manual
- Perform necessary set up and clean up duties
- Answer guest questions about the menu
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations throughout meal periods
- Operate electronic cash register/POS system where applicable
- Check food appearance, temperature, and portions before serving
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
