Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding guest service by expertly crafting drinks and engaging with guests
- Keep supervisors informed of any issues or unusual occurrences and take prompt corrective action
- Deliver prompt beverage service while managing wait times and communicating with team members
- Greet guests warmly and manage various job responsibilities simultaneously
- Assist guests with drink selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly and intervene when necessary
- Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and encouraging return visits
- Report any guest dissatisfaction or complaints to management
- Adhere to all company policies on responsible alcohol service
- Assist in stocking and maintaining bar inventory
- Clean and sanitize glassware, tools, and work surfaces regularly
- Collaborate with team members for efficient venue service
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
