Job Qualifications

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology techniques

- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Consistently provide outstanding guest service by delivering expertly crafted drinks and engaging entertainment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of issues or unusual occurrences and suggest solutions
- deliver prompt and efficient beverage service while managing wait times and communicating with guests and team
- greet guests warmly and manage various job responsibilities with enthusiasm
- assist guests with drink selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- prepare and serve a wide range of beverages accurately according to recipes
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- verify guest identification and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
- bid farewell to departing guests ensuring satisfaction
- inform manager of guest complaints or dissatisfaction
- adhere strictly to company policies on responsible alcohol service
- assist in stocking and maintaining bar inventory
- clean and sanitize glassware and work surfaces regularly
- collaborate effectively with team members for seamless service
- maintain a positive working relationship with all company team members
