Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or related role preferable
- capable of lifting or moving items up to 25 lbs occasionally
- must be of legal drinking age
- willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to obtain required alcohol service certifications
- must comply with company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a bartender desirable
- familiarity with mixology principles and drink formulas
- able to obtain required Aramark and local certifications for alcohol service
- excellent hospitality and friendliness
- strong knowledge of a wide range of beverages
- adeptness in coordinating tasks efficiently with attention to detail
- ability to work in a high-energy environment
- flexible availability for different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- address customers and record their preferences
- handle financial transactions using cash and credit cards
- blend and present a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- give out drinks to servers from the service well when needed
- abide by alcohol service policies including verifying patrons' IDs
- follow established rules for handling money
- arrange and disassemble work areas ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
- conduct inventory checks and replenish products
- provide top-notch guest service by catering to guest requirements
- display a positive outlook when dealing with visitors and coworkers
- safeguard the integrity of corporate assets
