Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or related role preferable
  • capable of lifting or moving items up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • must be of legal drinking age
  • willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to obtain required alcohol service certifications
  • must comply with company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a bartender desirable
  • familiarity with mixology principles and drink formulas
  • able to obtain required Aramark and local certifications for alcohol service
  • excellent hospitality and friendliness
  • strong knowledge of a wide range of beverages
  • adeptness in coordinating tasks efficiently with attention to detail
  • ability to work in a high-energy environment
  • flexible availability for different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • address customers and record their preferences
  • handle financial transactions using cash and credit cards
  • blend and present a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • give out drinks to servers from the service well when needed
  • abide by alcohol service policies including verifying patrons' IDs
  • follow established rules for handling money
  • arrange and disassemble work areas ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
  • conduct inventory checks and replenish products
  • provide top-notch guest service by catering to guest requirements
  • display a positive outlook when dealing with visitors and coworkers
  • safeguard the integrity of corporate assets
