Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and related areas
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Wash soiled glassware and clear soiled wares from bar and tables
- Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Support team goals and respond appropriately to concerns
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
