Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Willingness to adhere to company policies and confidentiality
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
No supervisory experience required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work on feet for extended periods
Passion for guest service and attention to detail
Familiarity with hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Create a memorable and unique guest experience by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle monetary transactions accurately and responsibly
Stay updated on new beverage trends and micro-local offerings
Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and presentation standards
