Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and confidentiality
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
- No supervisory experience required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Passion for guest service and attention to detail
- Familiarity with hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Create a memorable and unique guest experience by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle monetary transactions accurately and responsibly
- Stay updated on new beverage trends and micro-local offerings
- Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and presentation standards
