Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and confidentiality
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Passion for guest service and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Create a memorable and unique guest experience by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Handle monetary transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Stay updated on new beverage trends and micro-local offerings
  • Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and presentation standards
