Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of bartending or mixology experience
  • knowledge of classic and modern cocktail techniques
  • experience in a high-end or upscale bar setting
  • ability to maintain precision under pressure

  • possession or ability to obtain TABC certification
  • excellent guest communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute all cocktails with precision, consistency, and speed
  • uphold exacting standards for balance, dilution, temperature, and presentation
  • execute advanced techniques as required including clarification, batching, infusions, carbonation
  • ensure all drinks meet Glory Roll standards for taste, appearance, and portion control
  • maintain recipe accuracy and proper use of jiggers, scales, and specs
  • complete all bar prep to spec including syrups, infusions, garnishes, batching, and mise en place
  • maintain a clean, organized, and visually sharp bar at all times
  • monitor inventory levels and communicate prep and ordering needs proactively
  • ensure glassware, tools, and stations are always service-ready
  • engage guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
  • guide guests through the cocktail menu, spirits, and flavor profiles
  • create a welcoming, elevated bar experience without sacrificing efficiency
  • maintain strong awareness of pacing, volume, and flow during service
  • work in close partnership with the Sushi Chef to deliver a cohesive experience
  • collaborate with management on menu evolution, seasonal features, and specials
  • support FOH teammates to ensure seamless service across the room
  • contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and pride in craft
  • follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines
  • maintain required certifications such as TABC or equivalent
  • uphold sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards behind the bar at all times
