Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Availability to work full time
- Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
- Adherence to company uniform and appearance standards

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes and measuring systems
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift cash handling duties
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas and complete closing duties
