Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
- Requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling
- Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to cocktail servers and casino guests
- Adhere strictly to standardized drink recipes
- Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met and preventing over-serving guests
- Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests
- Ensure high-quality beverages are served
- Stock supplies for the next shift, and clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies
- Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility
- Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment
- Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for goods and services delivered
