Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card
  • Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to cocktail servers and casino guests
  • Adhere strictly to standardized drink recipes
  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met and preventing over-serving guests
  • Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests
  • Ensure high-quality beverages are served
  • Stock supplies for the next shift, and clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies
  • Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility
  • Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment
  • Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for goods and services delivered
