Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
- Must be able to stand or walk for at least eight hours
- Able to lift or carry at least 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Three years of mixologist experience
- Cocktail drink and menu design experience
- Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
- Comfortable working with computers for cashiering duties
- TABC and Food Handler certification
Job Duties
- Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products
- Perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area
- Greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner
- Create craft cocktails and assist with creating cocktail menus
- Abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control
