- Must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Permit or certification within 45 days of hire

Job Duties
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis
- requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments and produce based on daily function projections
- maintain stock, cutting, and storage of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables daily
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
- mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- abide by all state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- input orders into the register at point of sale and create guest checks
- receive cash payments, make change, verify charges and properly execute vouchers
- lock up and store all beverage, food and equipment items
- deposit cash drops and secure bank
- comply with attendance rules and be regularly available for work
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
