Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage within a high-volume, craft beverage venue
  • valid work cards, including health, alcohol awareness card, and non-gaming
  • ability to maintain personal integrity, focus, and composure under pressure
  • ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment
  • must be self-motivated and willing to learn
  • consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, and hygiene in accordance with company policy
  • ability to work in low lighting and sensory-sensitive environments
  • availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke
  • must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat, and sun exposure

Job Qualifications

  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage within a high-volume, craft beverage venue
  • extensive knowledge of traditional and non-traditional (trending) spirits, wine, champagne, beer, and crafted cocktails
  • valid work cards, including health, alcohol awareness card, and non-gaming
  • ability to maintain personal integrity, focus, and composure under pressure
  • ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment
  • must be self-motivated and willing to learn
  • must be willing to participate in social media posting and having photographs taken of you
  • must be willing to participate in venue related acting or role playing if needed
  • consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, and hygiene in accordance with company policy
  • ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat environment consistently
  • strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers, make suggestions and drive sales
  • enjoy working in a creative, entrepreneurial environment, learning and adapting to new concepts and innovations

Job Duties

  • Consistently deliver exceptional service to every visitor while interacting in a professional, warm, positive, and friendly manner
  • set up the bar for full operation, ensuring all supplies, products, and tools are fully ready for operations
  • master recipes, craft, and serve beverages to visitors while adhering to the sequence of service
  • handle credit transactions accurately at the point of sale system
  • maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County health standards
  • provide an accurate inventory count of products prior to and at the end of every shift
  • monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring concerns to a manager's attention
