Job Requirements
- Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage including wine and food pairing and suggestive selling techniques
- must have excellent grooming and communication skills
- must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- must have a valid Washington State Class 12 or Class 13 Alcohol Service Permit
- must have a valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit
- ability to work well in a team-based environment
- ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- able to walk, stand, reach, and lift 30 to 50 lbs during entire shift
- must be able to lift 35-50 lbs over one shoulder using a large serving tray
- available for typical shifts of approximately 8 hours

- knowledge of fire, safety, and life procedures
- skilled in cocktail culture and mixology

Job Duties
- Follow steps of service and timing guidelines
- maintain proper mixologist etiquette
- approach all guests with positive courteous attitude
- exhibit complete knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- connect with guests to learn preferences and answer questions
- recommend and create custom cocktails
- expertly mix classic and specialty cocktails from memory
- prepare garnishes, syrups, and batches for shifts
- organize and maintain bar supplies and storage
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the experience
- maintain side work duties and cleanliness
- deliver food and beverages to personal and team sections
- provide service recovery as needed
- complete set-up and closing duties under management direction
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
