Job Duties

  • prepare and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Outback Steakhouse's recipes and standards
  • engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations
  • maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and inventory
  • monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to all legal requirements
  • process drink orders accurately through the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions
  • collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless guest service
  • conduct regular inventory checks of spirits, wines, and bar supplies, and assist with ordering when necessary
  • adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
  • assist in the development of new cocktail recipes and promotions to enhance the guest experience
