Job Duties

prepare and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Outback Steakhouse's recipes and standards
engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations
maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and inventory
monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to all legal requirements
process drink orders accurately through the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions
collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless guest service
conduct regular inventory checks of spirits, wines, and bar supplies, and assist with ordering when necessary
adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
assist in the development of new cocktail recipes and promotions to enhance the guest experience
