Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine and drink service
Full-time availability including weekends and evenings
Two years’ experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience creating innovative cocktail recipes
Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Job Duties

Set up the bar and perform opening and closing duties
Provide a pleasant drinking experience to customers
Contribute to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor
Curate seasonal cocktails and remain up-to-date on industry trends
Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and restaurant
Assist guest with choosing menu items, take orders, and ensure guests feel taken care of during their visit
Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display
Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items
Develop new cocktail recipes
Other duties as assigned
