Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year experience in a bartending or mixology role
ability to verify age and follow legal requirements for alcohol service
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
proficiency in using POS systems
teamwork skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender
strong knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with POS systems
good knowledge of responsible alcohol service policies
creativity and flair in drink presentation
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Foster a warm and inviting bar environment
verify the age of all guests ordering alcoholic beverages focusing on those who appear to be 40 years old or younger
accurately prepare garnish and serve drinks promptly
engage guests by showcasing your flair and creativity while mixing drinks
have thorough knowledge of the menu and provide appropriate drink and food recommendations based on guest preferences
encourage guests to explore our food and drink specials
maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
efficiently process orders using the POS system while actively engaging with guests
adhere to brand standards consistently
develop a loyal clientele by promoting specials and creating positive experiences
practice responsible alcohol service and address situations with guests responsibly
