Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender
Knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Ability to follow health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Job Qualifications

Experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume establishment
Knowledge of various spirits cocktails and mixology techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and creativity in cocktail preparation
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
Sales and inventory management experience is a plus

Job Duties

Create and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails adhering to the established recipes and standards of the hotel
Develop and recommend new and innovative cocktail recipes to enhance the guests' experience
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring guests' needs and preferences are met
Maintain a clean and organized workspace including bar equipment and inventory
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments continuously expanding knowledge of spirits mixology techniques and cocktail presentation
Uphold responsible alcohol service guidelines and policies
Collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to ensure efficient and timely service
