Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender
  • Knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume establishment
  • Knowledge of various spirits cocktails and mixology techniques
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and creativity in cocktail preparation
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Sales and inventory management experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Create and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails adhering to the established recipes and standards of the hotel
  • Develop and recommend new and innovative cocktail recipes to enhance the guests' experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring guests' needs and preferences are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace including bar equipment and inventory
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments continuously expanding knowledge of spirits mixology techniques and cocktail presentation
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to ensure efficient and timely service
