- Knowledgeable about the company’s menu and customer-related policies
- Previous experience in restaurant mixologist, bartender, bar-back, server, waiter/waitress, runner, front of house or other FOH restaurant job

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and build rapport to ensure an enjoyable bar experience
- Look for visual and verbal cues to identify guest preferences and customize service
- Promptly take and serve food and beverage requests
- Learn menu and beverages to recommend and upsell items
- Accurately ring orders into POS system while interacting with guests
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as cocktails, beer, and wine
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
