  • previous experience in restaurant or bar service environments

  • previous experience as a restaurant mixologist, bartender, bar-back, server, waiter/waitress, runner, front of house, or other FOH restaurant job will be helpful to being successful at this job

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a genuine smile, build rapport, and ensure an enjoyable, quality bar experience
  • look for visual and verbal cues to identify the experience the guest wants and customize the service to meet those expectations
  • promptly and accurately take food and beverage requests from guests
  • ensure expedient service of food and beverages to the guest
  • learn menu and beverages and recommend and upsell items
  • accurately ring all orders into the POS system while simultaneously interacting with guests when applicable
  • prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests (cocktails, beer, wine, etc.)
  • assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • comply with all food and beverage regulations
