Job Requirements
- Meet minimum legal age requirement for serving alcohol
- friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
- availability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- ability to perform effectively in a lively, fast-paced environment
- capable of reading and understanding orders and instructions
- able to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, and wipe down surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- attention to detail and customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- understanding of responsible alcohol service and legal requirements
Job Duties
- Consistently provide outstanding guest service by delivering expertly crafted drinks, delicious food, and engaging entertainment
- keep the immediate supervisor informed of any issues or unusual occurrences and take corrective action
- deliver prompt and efficient beverage service managing wait times and communication
- greet guests warmly and manage various job responsibilities
- assist guests with drink selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- prepare and serve a wide range of beverages accurately according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- verify guest identification to ensure legal age requirements
- monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly
- bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction
- inform manager of dissatisfied guests or complaints
- adhere strictly to company policies on responsible alcohol service
- assist in stocking and maintaining bar inventory
- clean and sanitize glassware and work surfaces regularly
- collaborate with team members for efficient service
- maintain positive working relationships with all team members
