- Prior bartending or mixology experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

- Build rapport with guests to foster loyalty and enhance the overall dining experience
- Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations regarding alcohol service
- Participate in ongoing training to improve mixology skills and customer service
