- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender in an upscale or fine dining establishment required
- Certification in responsible alcohol service e.g. TIPS ServSafe Alcohol preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality
- Extensive knowledge of classic and modern cocktails spirits and wine

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails with precision creativity and consistency
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of spirits wines beer and cocktail pairings as well as emerging trends in mixology
- Provide a sophisticated and engaging experience by making recommendations answering questions and accommodating special requests
- Ensure all drinks are beautifully presented with proper glassware garnishes and attention to detail
- Assist with managing bar inventory tracking stock levels and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Maintain a spotless and well-organized bar following health and safety regulations
- Work seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely drink delivery
- Promote premium spirits wine pairings and signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- Adhere to liquor laws responsible alcohol service guidelines and restaurant policies
