Job Requirements

Meet minimum legal age for serving alcohol
Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor with frequent smiling
Availability for flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with distractions
Ability to read and understand handwritten and printed orders
Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Frequent reaching, bending, and surface cleaning
Commitment to adhere to company policies and procedures
Willingness to work cooperatively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in bartending or mixology preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, lively environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to collaborate effectively with Team Members

Job Duties

Provide outstanding Guest service by delivering expertly crafted drinks, delicious food, and engaging entertainment
Keep supervisors informed of any issues and suggest solutions
Deliver prompt beverage service while managing wait times and communication
Greet Guests warmly and assist with drink selections
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Verify Guest identification for legal drinking age
Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
Bid farewell to Guests ensuring satisfaction
Report dissatisfied Guest concerns to Manager
Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
Assist with bar inventory stocking and maintenance
Clean and sanitize glassware and work surfaces
Collaborate with Team Members for efficient service
Maintain positive working relationships among Team Members
