Job Duties
- Receives drink orders from guests or servers
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Requests identification from guests
- Enters drink and food orders into POS terminal
- Collects payment from guests
- Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning supplies
- Cleans and stores bar equipment and stock
- Performs opening, closing, and side work duties
- Prepares alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant needs
- Helps plan and serve bar menu
- Restocks and replenishes bar inventory
- Complies with food and beverage regulations
