Job Requirements
- must have a minimum of three-year bartending experience in a high volume, full-service environment
- must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage including wine and food pairing and suggestive selling techniques
- must pass food and beverage questionnaires at 90 percent accuracy
- excellent grooming and communication skills necessary
- must have a valid Washington State class 12 or class 13 alcohol service permit
- must have a valid Washington State food handler's permit
- must be able to walk, stand, reach, and lift 30 to 50 lbs throughout entire shift
- must be able to lift 35 to 50 lbs over one shoulder with a large oval tray
- ability to work 6 to 8 hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team
- maintain professional demeanor
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- follow steps of service and timing guidelines
- maintain proper mixologist etiquette
- approach all guests with positive, courteous attitude
- exhibit complete knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- engage, merchandise, demonstrate excellence and proficiency, and demonstrate teamwork
- complete all required set-up including section and room detailing
- stock mobile bars with supplies, glassware, and tools
- prepare garnishes, syrups, tinctures, and batches for shifts
- label and date all prepared items
- organize, clean, and maintain storage areas
- ensure guest-facing areas are ready for service
- serve food and beverages at proper temperature with correct presentation
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout experience
- maintain side work duties and clean work areas
- water, clear, reset personal sections and assist others
- deliver food and beverage to personal and team sections
- provide service recovery for guest and coworker interactions
- complete all assigned closing duties
- check out with manager before clocking out
- perform other duties as assigned by management
