- Physical capability to bend at the waist and lift loads up to 50 pounds to waist height
- Ability to safely move objects weighing up to 50 pounds across distances up to 25 feet
- Capacity to remain standing and highly active throughout an 8 to 12-hour work period
- Possesses the ability to clearly hear, interpret, and respond to requests from both guests and colleagues in a noisy setting
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and artistry, ensuring superior quality and presentation
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and serving stations
- Execute preparation duties such as rolling clean silverware for dining service
- Assist in clearing used plates, utensils, and glasses from tables and the bar
- Perform timely cleaning and resetting of tables after patrons depart
- Maintain the cleanliness of the service area, manage trash removal, and complete all necessary general cleaning tasks
- Provide comprehensive support to guests throughout their entire dining and bar visit
