Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch records
- Familiarity with cGMP and SOPs
- Basic math skills for measuring and recording
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Identify and gather raw materials and weighed ingredients according to batch records
- Blend and compound raw materials and ingredients according to specifications
- Record and document batch records accurately
- Identify allergens to avoid cross-contamination
- Set up and clean blender, machine, and equipment according to procedures
- Follow SOPs and product specification sheets
- Ensure finished product meets packaging specifications and output requirements
