Job Requirements
- Licensed pharmacist
- Knowledge of USP 797/800 guidelines
- Experience in pharmacy compounding preferred
- Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications
- Licensed pharmacist
- Proficient in regulatory USP 797/800 guidelines
- 2 years of experience as a pharmacist preferred
- Experience in hospital or outpatient infusion settings including IV compounding
- Previous oncology experience with chemotherapeutic or IV infusions preferred
- Knowledge of hazardous drug handling precautions
- Knowledge of pharmacy terminology and calculations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Attention to detail and professional conduct
Job Duties
- Prepare chemotherapeutic and biologic medications under aseptic technique
- Verify patient information and ensure drug matches physician's order
- Perform and verify mathematical calculations for appropriate drug dosage and volume
- Manage drug inventory utilizing Nucleus Inventory Management Cabinet or similar system
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of preparation areas
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous drugs following OSHA and NIOSH guidelines
- Admix drugs as ordered under USP 797/800 guidelines
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment and safety devices
- Properly dispose of materials used in medication preparation
