Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to lift up to 150 pounds
  • basic experience with warehouse safety practices
  • physical ability to perform manual labor including standing, walking, stooping, and climbing stairs
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • ability to operate forklifts and other powered equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school or GED degree
  • 0-1 year of related experience preferred
  • ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
  • basic inventory management skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Arrange RDC stock by product line and physical alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow
  • train and support new associates
  • assist with administrative tasks including handling and preparing paperwork
  • load and unload trailers and containers, moving products weighing up to 150 pounds
  • perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks such as cleaning the loading dock and surrounding areas
  • prioritize and pick materials to fill orders, stage products for outbound loading
  • report overages, shortages, and damaged products to lead personnel
  • safely operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
  • verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy
  • assist with periodic inventory counts
