Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-1 year of related experience preferred
- ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms occasionally
- capacity to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50 pounds with team lifting for heavier items
- willingness to work in a warehouse environment exposed to weather conditions
- ability to communicate clearly via radio and in person
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures
- ability to respond promptly to non-compliance issues
- ability to operate Yard Management systems
- valid driver license is a plus

Job Duties
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
- report any team member non-compliance to supervisor or manager promptly
- communicate regularly with dispatcher to update on all incoming trailers and ensure accurate trailer pool management
- monitor incoming carriers, vendors, and maintenance vehicles
- review and authorize entrance into the Mixing Center secured area
- assign drop slots as required
- obtain copies of truck driver licenses after hours or on weekends
- staple driver license copies to the appropriate bill of lading form
- receive and hold FedEx and UPS packages delivered at the guard shack
- review and sign carrier acknowledgment forms and forward paperwork to the inbound coordinator
- receive remaining bill of lading forms daily from dispatcher for monitoring the following day
- track arrival and departure of daily "Hub & Spoke" trailers to maintain on-time performance
- immediately notify management of any delayed arrivals or departures
- use radio communications to inform management, administrative staff, yard jockey, and dispatcher of all visitors entering and/or exiting the Mixing Center's security area
- utilize and update Yard Management system to input all inbound and outbound trailers arriving and leaving the yard
- verify and update inbound and outbound traffic logs to accurately record container, trailer, and seal ID number information
