Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • lift and carry up to 50 lbs 23 kg
  • work in a warm wet or noisy manufacturing environment
  • shift-based work including nights weekends or overtime as required
  • adherence to GMP HACCP and company safety policies
  • authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing is an advantage
  • basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • ability to read and follow recipes batch records and safety procedures
  • mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Measure weigh and mix ingredients according to approved recipes and batch sheets
  • operate mixing tanks pumps and related production equipment
  • monitor mixing times temperatures and ingredient flow to ensure product quality
  • perform quality checks color viscosity flavor and consistency during and after mixing
  • record batch data ingredient usage and production results accurately
  • clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work areas following SOPs and GMPs
  • follow all food safety hygiene and workplace safety regulations
