Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- lift and carry up to 50 lbs 23 kg
- work in a warm wet or noisy manufacturing environment
- shift-based work including nights weekends or overtime as required
- adherence to GMP HACCP and company safety policies
- authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing is an advantage
- basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- ability to read and follow recipes batch records and safety procedures
- mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
- attention to detail and accuracy
- time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
- teamwork and communication skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Measure weigh and mix ingredients according to approved recipes and batch sheets
- operate mixing tanks pumps and related production equipment
- monitor mixing times temperatures and ingredient flow to ensure product quality
- perform quality checks color viscosity flavor and consistency during and after mixing
- record batch data ingredient usage and production results accurately
- clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work areas following SOPs and GMPs
- follow all food safety hygiene and workplace safety regulations
