Job Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (minimum Class B)
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Ability to obtain a valid medical examiner's card
- Ability to lift 45 - 70 lbs several times a day
- Ability to climb up and down stairs up to 10 feet
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to understand complex functions and procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Job Qualifications
- One to three years of similar or related experience preferred
- Possess a current Commercial Driver's License (minimum Class B)
- Valid State of Texas commercial driver's license with a violation-free Department of Motor Vehicle record
- Ability to operate Electronic Logging Device
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow complex procedures
- Demonstrated professionalism and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Promote a work environment that delivers a world-class experience during concrete delivery
- Display a positive attitude and professional appearance on all jobs
- Perform pre-trip inspections including cleaning and checking vehicle
- Confirm job site address prior to departure
- Maintain clean truck interior and exterior
- Handle concrete loading, delivery, and unloading processes accurately
- Perform post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Understand and operate Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
- Support Lauren Concrete's mission and core values
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
