Job Requirements

  • Active CDL license Class A or B
  • current DOT Medical Card
  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • physically able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders or stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • clean driving record with no major violations
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • willingness to comply with company safety policies
  • no unexplained employment gaps
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • current DOT Medical Card
  • proven safe driving record
  • physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
  • no unexplained gaps in employment history
  • strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
  • previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
  • load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
  • ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with the customers and the public
  • conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
  • maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
  • work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
  • assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
