Job Requirements

  • Hold a valid CDL Class A or B license
  • Possess a current DOT Medical Card
  • Demonstrate a proven safe driving record
  • Physically capable of lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders/stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather
  • Have no unexplained gaps in employment history
  • Exhibit strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
  • Agree to undergo SRM's pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and background checks including Clearinghouse and MVR
  • Be committed to adhering to company safety protocols and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Proven safe driving record
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
  • No unexplained gaps in employment history
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
  • Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
  • Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
  • Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with the customers and the public
  • Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
  • Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
  • Assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
