Job Requirements
- Hold a valid CDL Class A or B license
- Possess a current DOT Medical Card
- Demonstrate a proven safe driving record
- Physically capable of lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders/stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather
- Have no unexplained gaps in employment history
- Exhibit strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
- Agree to undergo SRM's pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and background checks including Clearinghouse and MVR
- Be committed to adhering to company safety protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Proven safe driving record
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
- No unexplained gaps in employment history
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory
- Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
- Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
- Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with the customers and the public
- Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
- Assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
