Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Safe driving record
  • Physical capability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs and work in various weather
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
  • Authorization to work in the country
  • No unexplained gaps in employment history

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Proven safe driving record
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
  • No unexplained gaps in employment history
  • Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and adaptability
  • Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to undergo SRM pre-employment screenings

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
  • Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
  • Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
  • Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
  • Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
  • Assist in other duties as assigned, including general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
