Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid CDL Class A or B license
- current DOT medical card
- previous driving experience with a proven safe record
- physical capability to lift or carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders or stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen, physical, background check including clearinghouse and motor vehicle record checks
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- current DOT medical card
- proven safe driving record
- physically able to lift or carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders or stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
- no unexplained gaps in employment history
- strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
- previous experience as a mixer operator or similar role preferred but not mandatory
- willingness to undergo SRM pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
- load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
- ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
- conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
- adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
- maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation
- work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
- assist in other duties as assigned, including general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
