Job Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Proven safe driving record
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
- No unexplained gaps in employment history
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background checks
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or similar role preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
- Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
- Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
- Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure safety of all team members and the public
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
- Assist in other duties as assigned, including general maintenance tasks and supporting other team members in the production process
