Job Requirements

  • Active CDL license Class A or B
  • DOT Medical Card
  • strong commitment to safety
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • physical capability to handle lifting carrying and climbing requirements
  • clean driving record
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug screen physical and background checks
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • current DOT medical card
  • proven safe driving record
  • physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs climb ladders/stairs and work in varying weather conditions
  • no unexplained gaps in employment history
  • strong teamwork reliability and adaptability
  • previous experience as a Mixer Operator or similar role preferred but not mandatory
  • willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
  • load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
  • ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
  • conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
  • maintain accurate records of deliveries vehicle maintenance and other relevant documentation as required
  • work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
  • assist in other duties as assigned including general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
