Job Requirements
- Active CDL license Class A or B
- DOT Medical Card
- strong commitment to safety
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- physical capability to handle lifting carrying and climbing requirements
- clean driving record
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screen physical and background checks
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- current DOT medical card
- proven safe driving record
- physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs climb ladders/stairs and work in varying weather conditions
- no unexplained gaps in employment history
- strong teamwork reliability and adaptability
- previous experience as a Mixer Operator or similar role preferred but not mandatory
- willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
- load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
- ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
- conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
- adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
- maintain accurate records of deliveries vehicle maintenance and other relevant documentation as required
- work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
- assist in other duties as assigned including general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
