Job Requirements
- Active CDL license
- Ability to safely operate concrete mixer trucks
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Physical capability to lift/carry heavy loads and work in various conditions
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Availability to undergo drug screens and background checks
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Proven safe driving record
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
- No unexplained gaps in employment history
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
- Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
- Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
- Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure safety of team members and the public
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
- Assist in other duties as assigned, including general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
