- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- current DOT Medical Card
- proven safe driving record
- physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
- no unexplained gaps in employment history
- willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings

- strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
- previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory
- willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
- load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
- ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with the customers and the public
- conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
- adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
- maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
- work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
- assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
