Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food production or manufacturing
- understanding of food safety standards
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- dependable and punctual
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- experience in a food manufacturing environment
- knowledge of good manufacturing practices (gmps)
- ability to operate mixing equipment
- attention to detail
- good record-keeping skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- accurately scaling and mixing products
- mixing various products, such as doughs and/or fillings, following specific formulas and procedures
- efficiently operating mixing equipment
- maintaining clean equipment and area in accordance with good manufacturing practices (gmps)
- completing all necessary paperwork required by the position
- other duties as assigned
