- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to accurately measure and mix ingredients
- capable of operating mixing equipment safely
- willingness to adhere to GMPs and company policies
- ability to complete paperwork accurately and timely
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- good teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
- ability to read and follow detailed instructions and formulas
- familiarity with GMPs and safety standards
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- accurately scaling and mixing products
- mixing various products, such as doughs and/or fillings, following specific formulas and procedures
- efficiently operating mixing equipment
- maintaining clean equipment in area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- completing all necessary paperwork required by the position
- other duties as assigned
