Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of 1 year experience mixing in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds overhead
- Willingness to stand for long periods
- Ability to follow precise formulas and procedures
- Commitment to food safety and GMP compliance
- Ability to work in hot, slippery, and dusty environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of 1 year experience mixing in a manufacturing environment
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
Job Duties
- Follow formulas and procedures set by 151 Foods
- Mix doughs strictly adhering to food safety rules and policies
- Protect ingredients and dough from cross contamination
- Ensure only authorized personnel operate mixers
- Use FIFO for lot numbers when using ingredients
- Clean and sanitize mixers after use
- Report product safety and dough quality issues
- Report ingredient storage cross contamination to appropriate personnel
- Properly rotate ingredients
- Fill out paperwork correctly
- Know emergency STOP and START/STOP button locations
- Notify supervisor or line lead of problems or concerns
- Follow company GMP procedures
- Perform special requests by supervisors or line leaders
- Support general plant safety, food safety, food defense initiatives, and GMPs
