Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds overhead
- Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and GMP policies
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Use of protective clothing and slip resistant shoes
- Willingness to work in hot and physically demanding environments
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food production environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and GMP
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential safety or quality issues
- Good communication skills to report concerns effectively
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead
- Familiarity with FIFO inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene
Job Duties
- Follow formulas and procedures as set by 151 Foods
- Mix dough strictly adhering to food safety rules and policies
- Protect ingredients and dough from cross contamination
- Ensure no unauthorized personnel place anything into the mixer
- Use FIFO (First In First Out) for lot numbers when using ingredients
- Clean and sanitize mixers after use as instructed
- Report product safety and dough quality issues
- Report ingredient storage cross contamination to Line Lead or Production Supervisor
- Properly rotate ingredients
- Fill out paperwork correctly
- Know locations of emergency STOP and START/STOP buttons
- Notify Supervisor and/or Line Lead of any problems or concerns
- Follow all company GMP procedures
- Perform special requests by Supervisor or Line Leader
- Support General Plant Safety, Food Safety, Food Defense Initiatives, and Good Manufacturing Practices
